Since God has empowered His people for ministry through spiritual gifts, it’s important for church leaders to gain a good grasp of their responsibility to build a church culture wherein everybody doing their part is the norm. To do that we need a good understanding about gifting ourselves but must also help the Body learn about and identify their gifts. And then, we recruit based on spiritual gifting.
About Church Leadership Gifting
We’ll lead with a more balanced approach to ministry when we understand and pull on all three of the spiritual gifts most commonly given for church leadership. The two resources in the Balanced Church Leadership Bundle take a broad look at how the different leaders affect church life in general and how they each approach specific leadership tasks and responsibilities. (These resources can also be ordered individually.)
