Christ-like thinking<\/a> and a Christ-like attitude<\/a> should translate into Christ-like actions in the way we implement or manage change. Arriving at God’s will is not the only goal. God is just as concerned with the process in implementing or managing change. Notice the capitalized words in the verses below:<\/p>\n

But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy IN ALL YOU DO; for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.” (1 Pet. 1:15-16)<\/em><\/p>\n

Sometimes leaders want to make the right kind of changes but go about implementing change in ways that do more harm than good because their actions aren\u2019t Christ-like including coercion, bait and switch tactics, and just letting people flounder around trying to figure out what to do.<\/p>\n
