\"Purposeful<\/p>\n

To delegate because we love God and people, as described in the previous post,<\/a> requires leaders to not only act intentionally but also constantly examine motivations and means in delegating.<\/p>\n

What Does Delegation Done Purposefully Look Like?<\/h2>\n

1) We make sure we delegate for the right reasons.<\/p>\n

2) We work through whatever it is that makes us hesitant to delegate.<\/p>\n

3) We view delegation as an opportunity.<\/p>\n

4) We develop a process for how to get people involved.<\/p>\n

5) We stay the course rather than jumping ship at the first sign of trouble.<\/p>\n
