Reality, however, may pose a different scenario &#8230; difficulty getting people on board with the vision, hard time recruiting people to accomplish the goals, insufficient giving to move forward.<\/p>\n<h2>God&#8217;s Design for the Church Suggests Who Sets the Vision: Involvement of the Body<\/h2>\n<p>Read the <a href=\"\/\/trainchurchleaders.com\/body-life.htm\">Body Life section<\/a> on this website and you&#8217;ll find three important elements to take into consideration in any task a church leader seeks to accomplish, including who sets the vision and goals to get there.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-4561\" src=\"https:\/\/trainchurchleaders.com\/practicum\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/body-life-design.jpg\" alt=\"Body Life Determines Who Sets the Vision\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><br \/>\n<em><strong>1) interdependence<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Ephesians 4:16 reminds us that everybody has a part. &#8230;
