\nIn your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. (Phil. 2:5-8)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God. (Rom. 15:5-7)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Both of these passages use the Greek word ‘phroneo’ translated either mindset or attitude, from the root word ‘phren’ which means the mind. How did Christ’s thinking affect His relationship with God and others?<\/p>\n
Attitude of Christ Helps Us in Conflict<\/h2>\n
In the above verses we find two heart qualities in Jesus that would greatly help us in times of conflict:<\/p>\n
1) Humility
