We know the power of God’s Word for “teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness” so we “may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Tim. 3:16-17). That suggests all we do, even the use of job descriptions, should align with Scripture. Here’s the problem: The Bible doesn’t mention job descriptions.
