Many people struggle with time management which can hinder them from having spiritually productive schedules. An individual leader may find it difficult to address each person’s needs but when the Body functions through the use of their spiritual gifting, different issues get addressed as God’s power flows through us into the lives of others. A leader’s objective should be to steer the Church toward God’s design for interdependence, not to try to do it all or to minister to everyone themselves. Consider how spiritual gifts help with time management and pull on people with the appropriate gifting to help you as a leader better manage your time, or assist others who are struggling with it.
How the Various Spiritual Gifts Help with Time Management
A “one-size-fits-all” approach will not address all the issues that hinder good time use. Consequently, people with the varying spiritual gifts can be used to help each other manage time to the glory of God.
Learn how each of the various spiritual gifts brings a different dynamic to time management in the Ministry Handbook: Spiritual Gifts in Use. That resource shows which spiritual gifts may be helpful in a number of other issues and responsibilities.
