The Spirit in the Midst of Church Safety?

More than ever we need to attend to the safety of the Body. In addition to preventing the spread of a virus, we still need to be concerned with the abuses that can occur, even in the Church, along with other types of potentially dangerous or harmful situations. When we as a Church with all of our individual differences and various programs seek to come together as a coordinated whole, we’ll face obstacles along the way. Some will plow head-on into whatever, or whoever, stands in their way because they’re unwilling to change. Others will skirt around the obstacles, pretending they don’t exist, never dealing with them. Power of God Needed to Rise Above in Conflict

Too often disputes escalate in churches because we fail to grab hold of God’s power to rise above in conflict.

And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. (Eph. 2:6-7)
