A previous post looked at why organizational skills are needed if we have the power of God. In addition to the reason given in that post, also consider why God gives some believers the spiritual gift of administration if organizing is unnecessary. The bottom line: Since spiritual gifts are special divine empowerments to serve, people gifted to bring organization to the Church are indeed needed to exercise God’s power in this way.
Believers with the Gift of Administration Are Spiritually Gifted to Organize

- Seek to get someone on your leadership or ministry team with the spiritual gift of administration so organizational needs are met.
- Consult with people who have the gift of administration to get their insight on how to best accomplish your goals, or how to best meet the needs of people.
- Delegate specific tasks requiring organization to people better suited for that kind of ministry.
